❖ Get to know the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic warrior to develop the excellent go-to-market for our Food Enterprise merchant, guiding growth and maximizing profitability in our company's platform.

❖ Key Responsibilities:

1.     Account Management

·      Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise partners, ensuring smooth communication and strong relationships.

·      Support partner onboarding and maintain accurate records, contracts, and profiles.

·      Understand partner needs and provide tailored solutions to support their goals.

2.     Partner Performance Optimization

·      Track and analyze key metrics like sales, delivery, and customer feedback.

·      Identify improvement areas and work with partners on strategies such as promotions, pricing, and menu updates.

·      Lead regular business reviews to assess performance and explore growth opportunities.

3.     Business Development

·      Grow existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and services.

·      Support the acquisition of new enterprise partners in collaboration with the Business Development team.

·      Negotiate and manage commercial agreements aligned with company goals.

4.     Operations Support

·      Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives.

·      Resolve operational issues quickly to minimize partner disruption.

·      Provide training and support on tools and processes to improve partner efficiency.

5.     Reporting & Insights

·      Prepare performance reports and analyze trends to guide strategy.

·      Use data to forecast outcomes and recommend improvements.

·      Maintain dashboards and share regular updates with stakeholders.

6.     Stakeholder Engagement

·      Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

·      Represent partner interests and ensure their feedback is addressed.

·      Participate in meetings and events to promote collaboration and partnership value.

❖ Requirements:

·      Minimum of 1+ years of experience in account management, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the food delivery, e-commerce, or F&B industry.

·      Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and driving business growth.

·      Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and other relevant software.

·      Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn and grow.

·      Team player with a collaborative attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.

·

❖ Salary and Benefits

·      Gross Basic Salary: 16,500,000 + Commission (Quarterly)

·      Service voucher: VND/month.

· % salary in 2-month probation period & full SHUI.
