MỤC TIÊU CÔNG VIỆC

Thực hiện các hoạt động Digital Marketing nhằm tăng nhận diện thương hiệu của trường và thu hút học sinh tiềm năng thông qua các kênh truyền thông trực tuyến (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Website, Email, Zalo…).


NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH
1. Quản lý và triển khai chiến dịch Digital Marketing

  • Lên kế hoạch và triển khai các chiến dịch quảng cáo online theo từng mục tiêu tuyển sinh (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Zalo Ads...).
  • Theo dõi, tối ưu hóa ngân sách, hiệu quả (CPL, CPC, CTR, Conversion rate) và báo cáo kết quả định kỳ.
  • Phối hợp với Content Team để xây dựng thông điệp và hình ảnh phù hợp với từng chiến dịch.

2. Quản lý kênh truyền thông số

  • Quản lý và cập nhật nội dung cho các kênh truyền thông: Website, Fanpage, TikTok, YouTube, Email Marketing, Zalo OA...
  • Theo dõi, đánh giá hiệu quả nội dung (reach, engagement, conversion) và đề xuất hướng cải thiện.
  • Hỗ trợ tạo nội dung (viết caption, chỉnh sửa hình ảnh/video cơ bản khi cần).

3. SEO – Website – CRM

  • Cập nhật và tối ưu hóa nội dung website nhằm tăng thứ hạng tìm kiếm (SEO on-page & off-page).
  • Quản lý hệ thống landing page, form đăng ký, và luồng automation email/sms qua CRM.
  • Đảm bảo trải nghiệm người dùng mượt mà từ giai đoạn awareness đến đăng ký.

4. Báo cáo & Phân tích dữ liệu

  • Theo dõi dữ liệu traffic, lead, conversion, và đề xuất điều chỉnh chiến lược dựa trên insight thực tế.
  • Báo cáo kết quả hàng tuần/tháng cho Deputy Marketing Manager.

5. Phối hợp liên phòng

  • Làm việc chặt chẽ với bộ phận Tuyển sinh để đảm bảo chất lượng và hiệu quả của lead online.
  • Phối hợp cùng Academic và Event Team để quảng bá các sự kiện (Demo Class, Open Day, Workshop…).


YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Marketing, Truyền thông, Thương mại điện tử hoặc tương đương.
  • Ít nhất
    3-4 năm kinh nghiệm Digital Marketing
    , ưu tiên ứng viên đã từng làm trong lĩnh vực
    giáo dục
    .
  • Thành thạo quảng cáo Facebook, Google, TikTok; hiểu về tracking (Pixel, GA4, Tag Manager).
  • Biết sử dụng các công cụ thiết kế và chỉnh sửa cơ bản: Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere (lợi thế).
  • Có tư duy phân tích, khả năng viết và sáng tạo nội dung tốt.
  • Tinh thần chủ động, cầu tiến, làm việc nhóm tốt và chịu được áp lực cao.
