Deputy Principal

The Deputy Principal will assist the Principal in:

- Discharging the schedule of duties and responsibilities of the Principal.
- Developing and maintaining an effective school organization and administration.
- Planning, implementing, supervising and evaluating the school educational programme.
- Supervising, observing and evaluating the school staff and the writing of relevant staff related performance reports.
- Identifying staff development needs and organizing staff improvement programmes.
- Inducting new teachers.
- Providing a variety of pupil services to meet identified needs.
- Administering the daily operations of the school.

The Deputy Principal may be made directly responsible to the Principal for:

- Co-ordinating the planning of the instructional, co-curricular and enrichment programmes by the school’s key personnel such as Program Directors, HODs, Program Co-coordinators.
- Preparing the annual school review and work plans for the following year.
- Meeting the professional needs of teachers by providing guidance, counselling, facilities and equipment.
- Organising time tables and other schedules, school internal and external examinations.
- Organising school marketing, registration, orientation and induction of new pupils.
- Spearhead student leadership within the school.
- Maintaining the discipline and orderliness of the school.
- Maintaining the school building, cleanliness, custody of school property and planning safety and emergency procedures.
- Organizing and coordinating the end of the school year activities and programs.

In addition the Deputy Principal will:

- Keep well informed and up to date on Vietnam’s national education policies and recent developments in education.
- Deputise for the Principal in his / her absence.
- Perform a designated teaching role when required and as assigned by the Principal.
- Accept and discharge any other duties assigned by the Principal

**Salary**: From 90,000,000₫ per month
