Technical Leader

Responsibilities

• Plan and design the overall product architecture to ensure alignment with the company's business strategy and objectives.
• Participate in research, analysis, and decision-making of technology solutions and software architecture design to achieve high performance and scalability goals.
• Provide direction and oversee code quality, guiding development engineers to adhere to clean code standards and best practices.
• Research, evaluate, and apply new technologies (Cloud, Microservices, Security, Big Data, DevSecOps, etc.) to improve product quality and optimize system operations.
• Conduct training and enhance the technical competency of backend developers.
• Work closely with POs, BAs, and other stakeholders to ensure technical quality and solution alignment with product objectives.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics–Informatics, or related fields.
• English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 650 or above.

Knowledge & Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in backend development, including 1–2 years in a Technical Leader or similar role.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages:
  Golang, Python, Java, NodeJS
  , etc.
• Experienced in designing and implementing large-scale, high-performance, and real-time systems.
• Solid understanding of
  OOP, Microservices Architecture, Design Patterns, CI/CD, Cloud (Docker, Kubernetes), and Message Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  .
• Strong logical thinking, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and technical mentoring skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and growth-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in
  Cybersecurity, Fintech, or Big Data
  domains.
• Hands-on experience in
  performance tuning, query optimization, and system scaling
  .
• Good understanding of
  Security Architecture
  is a plus.
