About this opportunity:

We are looking for a Technical Leader – Backend & Blockchain with strong backend expertise and experience building large-scale distributed systems. You will lead the design and implementation of high-performance backend and blockchain solutions, mentor engineers, and ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.

You will:

• Lead and oversee the full backend development lifecycle, including architecture design, technical documentation, code reviews, and deliverables.
• Design, implement, and maintain large-scale backend systems and APIs, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Architect and develop blockchain solutions (EVM-based Dapps, smart contracts, tokenization platforms, crypto wallets).
• Apply software architecture principles, design patterns, and security best practices.
• Mentor and lead a team of 5–10 engineers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
• Evaluate and integrate new backend technologies, frameworks, and blockchain tools into projects.
• Research emerging AI and blockchain technologies and propose innovative solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Communicate progress and technical decisions to stakeholders and clients.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Technical Leader or Software Architect, with strong backend expertise.
• Strong programming skills in NodeJS, Go, Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid experience designing and deploying large-scale backend systems, microservices, and distributed architectures.
• Proven experience in blockchain development, including smart contracts, Dapps, and EVM-based platforms.
• Deep understanding of databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) and system optimization.
• Excellent understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with agile development practices (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in AI/ML projects is a plus, PhD not required.
