ABOUT ASIA SOCIETY FOR SOCIAL IMPROVEMENT AND SUSTAINABLE TRANSFORMATION (ASSIST)

ASSIST was established in 2003 with the aim of addressing sustainability challenges in the Philippines. Today, it has evolved into a self-sustaining, Pan-Asian, non-profit organization driven by passion and purpose for progress and prosperity in the region.

ASSIST Vietnam is a branch of ASSIST. We have been implementing social & environmental projects since 2007. At ASSIST we work closely with corporates/private companies to jointly implement social or environmental projects benefiting the society & environment in Vietnam. We implement projects across many provinces in Vietnam. We have colleagues from different countries working together on project implementation and acquiring new projects.

What we expect you to perform:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients
  • Understand the needs of prospects and stimulate their interest in our services.
  • Establish meaningful connections with prospects by answering their questions and providing them with relevant content.
  • Work closely with team members to provide consultation and close contracts .
  • Regularly update sales metrics and report daily activities to the team.
  • Support Regional Director and Business Development team with assigned tasks

Who we are looking for:

  • Current enrollment or recent graduation from a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Good in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in using Office suite.
  • A self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt. Being proactive and enthusiastic about developing a career in business development.
  • Passionate about non-profit and development works.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are key for this role.
  • Previous internship or work experience in  non-government organization, sales, business development, or a related field is a plus.
