Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hai Phong City, Vietnam, for the position of Head of Quality Assurance. The Head of Quality Assurance will lead and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing quality control and auditing processes, managing and analyzing quality data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across all product lines. This role requires an individual who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain high standards of product excellence.

  • Experience in Quality Control and Quality Auditing practices
  • Strong Quality Management and Quality Assurance expertise
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve processes
  • Proven ability to manage teams and maintain compliance with international standards
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in relevant quality assurance tools and methodologies
  • Experience in the fashion or garment industry is a valuable asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
