Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supplier Quality Engineer based in Haiphong, Vietnam. The Supplier Quality Engineer will monitor and enhance supplier performance by implementing quality control standards and conducting audits. Additionally, the role requires identifying root causes of quality issues, proposing corrective actions, and collaborating with suppliers to improve processes and ensure compliance with company requirements.

Qualifications

  • Quality assurance and quality management knowledge, including experience in conducting supplier quality audits
  • Proficiency in problem-solving techniques and tools, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and familiarity with engineering principles and standards
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders
  • Analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in supplier quality or manufacturing engineering roles is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is preferred
