Mô tả công việc:

(Mức lương: triệu VNĐ)

  • Xây dựng và phát triển kênh TikTok của thương hiệu/doanh nghiệp.
  • Lên ý tưởng, kịch bản và tổ chức sản xuất các video ngắn (tự quay hoặc phối hợp với team Media).
  • Trực tiếp tham gia diễn xuất (nếu phù hợp), hoặc làm việc với team cho các nội dung cần người xuất hiện.
  • Theo dõi xu hướng, cập nhật trend TikTok, audio viral để áp dụng linh hoạt vào nội dung kênh.
  • Phối hợp với bộ phận thiết kế, truyền thông và bán hàng để đảm bảo nội dung thống nhất về định hướng thương hiệu và mục tiêu kinh doanh.
  • Quản lý lịch đăng bài, đảm bảo tần suất đều đặn và tối ưu thời gian đăng.
  • Theo dõi và đánh giá hiệu quả nội dung qua các chỉ số (reach, view, tương tác, Followers, tỉ lệ giữ chân...).
  • Đề xuất các phương án cải thiện nội dung, tăng trưởng người theo dõi và nâng cao mức độ nhận diện thương hiệu.
  • Tham gia brainstorm cùng team để phát triển các chiến dịch sáng tạo.
  • Xây dựng kế hoạch Livestream để phát triển kênh.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Trung cấp - Nghề

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm nội dung TikTok hoặc xây dựng kênh social (ưu tiên các kênh đã có hiệu quả).
  • Có tư duy sáng tạo tốt, nhạy với xu hướng, có khả năng "bắt trend" nhanh.
  • Biết quay – dựng video cơ bản bằng điện thoại hoặc app đơn giản (CapCut, VN, Inshot, v.v.).
  • Có khiếu thẩm mỹ, hiểu về thị hiếu người xem TikTok.
  • Kỹ năng viết caption, đặt hook hấp dẫn, tạo nội dung giữ chân người xem tốt.
  • Chủ động, linh hoạt và tinh thần trách nhiệm cao với công việc.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có thể xuất hiện trước ống kính, hoặc từng xây kênh cá nhân.
