Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial Representative to manage and grow our participation in national and international exhibitions and trade fairs. This role involves planning, sales outreach, client relationship management, and on-site representation to maximize exposure, leads, and sales opportunities at events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Exhibition Planning:

o Identify relevant trade shows and exhibitions aligned with the company's strategy.

o Coordinate booth registration, logistics, travel, and marketing material preparation.

o Schedule meetings with existing and potential clients ahead of events.

  • Sales & Business Development:

o Represent the company at exhibitions to generate leads, promote products/services, and close deals.

o Identify and approach prospective customers at events.

o Maintain strong knowledge of company products and services to communicate value propositions effectively.

  • Client Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.

o Follow up post-event with leads, proposals, and feedback.

o Provide client feedback to internal teams (sales, marketing, product development).

  • Reporting & Analysis:

o Prepare post-event reports with insights, contact summaries, and recommendations.

o Track ROI and success metrics for each exhibition.

  • Collaboration:

o Work closely with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to align on strategy and ensure a seamless execution of trade show participation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or trade show representation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Proficient in English and Vietnamise
  • Other languages like Thai is a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is a plus.

  • Familiarity with different industry sectors.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or international markets.
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt to diverse business environments.
  • Spanish is a plus.
