Our client is a leading technology corporation in Vietnam, seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.

Strategic Talent Acquisition Leadership

  • Design and implement recruitment strategies that align with the company's business objectives and technical workforce demands.

  • Collaborate with department heads to anticipate hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of talent requirements.

  • Drive employer branding programs to position the company as a preferred destination for engineering professionals.

  • Track and evaluate recruitment performance metrics, introducing continuous improvements to enhance efficiency.

Team Management & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team to meet defined goals and performance standards.

  • Establish clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and support professional growth.

  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the team.

Recruitment Operations Oversight

  • Supervise the end-to-end hiring process for technical and engineering positions.

  • Utilize creative sourcing channels to attract high-caliber passive and specialized candidates.

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

  • Manage recruitment platforms, optimize technology utilization, and control operational budgets effectively.

Business Partnership & Reporting

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on market insights, talent availability, and hiring decisions.

  • Deliver periodic reports and analytical updates on recruitment performance and market dynamics.

  • Coordinate with HR and business units on long-term workforce planning and talent retention strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 8-12 years of recruitment experience, including leadership and technical hiring exposure.

  • Strong background in high-volume recruitment within technology or service industries.

  • Demonstrated success in hiring engineers or technical experts in consulting or service-based organizations.

  • Proficiency in English; other language skills are an advantage.
