Tìm kiếm, tiếp cận khách hàng xuất nhập khẩu có nhu cầu vận chuyển hàng hóa quốc tế.

Giới thiệu, tư vấn và cung cấp dịch vụ forwarding: đường biển (FCL/LCL), đường hàng không, trucking cross-border, khai báo hải quan.

Chuẩn bị báo giá cước vận tải, phí local charges, đấu thầu logistics.

Đàm phán và ký kết hợp đồng dịch vụ vận chuyển.

Duy trì quan hệ với khách hàng, hãng tàu, airlines, agents.

Phối hợp với bộ phận vận hành & chứng từ đảm bảo dịch vụ đúng cam kết.

Theo dõi tiến độ vận chuyển, hỗ trợ xử lý sự cố trong quá trình vận tải.

Cập nhật thông tin thị trường cước vận tải, biến động supply chain.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Ngoại thương, Logistics, Giao nhận vận tải quốc tế.

Có tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm Sales/BD trong ngành Freight Forwarding.

Kiến thức về shipping, cước vận tải, Incoterms, thủ tục hải quan.

Kỹ năng đàm phán, thương lượng và thuyết phục khách hàng.

Khả năng làm việc độc lập, chịu được áp lực doanh số.

Ưu tiên ứng viên có network với shipper, importer/exporter lớn.

Tiếng Anh thương mại tốt; biết thêm tiếng Trung/Korea là lợi thế.

Yêu cầu giới tính: Nam/Nữ
