Position:
Deputy Accounting Manager

Location:
Quang Minh Industrial Zone, Me Linh District, Hanoi (On-site)

Working Hours:
Monday – Saturday, 8:00 – 17:00

Responsibilities:


• Manage and perform cost accounting to ensure accurate calculation of product and service costs.


• Collect and analyze data including direct materials, labor, overhead, SG&A, inventory, and production data.


• Consolidate inventory management data and coordinate with the production department for reporting.


• Review and report cost-related figures during monthly and annual closing.


• Conduct analysis and propose improvements for cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.


• Support accounting staff and assist in task allocation.


• Assist in tax filings (VAT, CIT, etc.) and audit preparation as needed.


• Collaborate with management for financial and operational reporting.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment (experience in foreign-invested companies preferred).


• Good understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).


• Strong analytical and Excel skills; attention to detail and accuracy.


• Good communication and collaboration skills across departments (production, purchasing, sales).

Preferred Qualifications:


• Vietnam Chief Accountant Certificate (or currently pursuing).


• Experience in IFRS reporting or consolidation package preparation.


• Experience in cost reduction or process improvement projects.


• Familiarity with accounting software (MISA, Bravo, SAP, Oracle, etc.).


• English or Japanese communication ability is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits:


• Salary: VND 21,000,000 gross/month + 13th-month salary


• Other benefits: company trip, internal events, etc.


• Company bus provided from central Hanoi (designated pick-up points available).


• Probation period: 2 months at 85% of base salary.
