Job Description
Position Overview:
The position will address the technical sale for CA business in Ho Chi Minh market and will be leading the field activities and technical support to promote CA products. The position is primarily responsible for sales of CA products.
Primary Accountabilities
- Under the guidance of business unit head/Product Manager to identifying and implementing strategies to drive success in the CA products
- Facilitate implementation of market intelligence strategies; gather, validate and analyze competitive market information on MAXX and other support system.
- Ensure integration of activities across various functions to provide unrivalled customer value for the different market segments:
- Technical support at vet clinics, pet shops and dealers.
- Understand key technical issues, clearly communicate in written form, anticipate customer/ competitor response and minimize negative reaction
- Build relationships with key customers, pet shops, opinion leaders, trade associations, and industry players to facilitate sales and increase positive visibility and adoption of our company products.
- Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: being part of the CA business team, technical support to team and customers, developing marketing materials, commercial and negotiation decisions with customers, managing events to promote CA business.
Skills, Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
Experience and Education
- Good understanding of the Vietnam Animal Health industry and CA animal health market is essential.
- 2-5 year experiences in AH industry, experience in technical field
- Degree in Veterinary Science or Animal Husbandry is a must
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Good in English
- Knowledge of CA diseases, Pet industry
- Need to be adaptable and able to work to multiple and often tight deadlines
- Work closely in a strong team environment, while there is a requirement that candidates are able to work independently, drawing on their own resources and motivation to achieve what is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Marketing skill
