Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure smooth and efficient store operations on a daily basis.
- Plan work schedules, arrange shifts, and manage staff performance.
- Oversee merchandising, stock control, replenishment, and in-store promotions to achieve sales targets.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for store staff.
- Foster a positive work environment and maintain professional customer service standards.
- Support customers, handle inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and submit sales, stock, and performance reports to upper management.
- Perform other assigned tasks to enhance overall store efficiency and profitability.
Job Requirements
- Minimum
2–3 years of experience
in retail or store management.
- Good command of English and excellent communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and responsible.
