I. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Client and brand acquisition and development:

  • Approach & Persuasion: Conduct market research to identify potential brands, approach them to introduce and persuade them to onboard the company's Influencer platform.

  • Campaign Management: Support brands in setting up, launching, and optimizing Influencer Marketing campaigns.

  • Relationship Building: Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with brands; provide regular client servicing to upsell or cross-sell new service packages.

  • Tracking & Analysis: Monitor, measure, and report campaign performance to brands (reach, engagement, conversion rate, etc.).

2. Develop ticketing, voting solutions for Events:

  • Client Engagement & Consultation: Proactively seek out, receive, and clarify client briefs (from event or competition organizers) regarding online ticketing systems and voting platforms.

  • Analysis & Proposal: Work closely with the Technical team (Business Analysts, Developers) to analyze client requirements, advise on suitable technical solutions, features, and workflows.

  • Quotation & Negotiation: Prepare detailed quotations and proposals; directly negotiate terms and conditions to reach contract agreements.

  • Project Management & Coordination:

o Act as the main point of contact, accurately communicating information between clients and the

Technical team.

o Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables meet requirements, quality standards, and

deadlines.

  • Support & Reporting: Provide client support during system operation; prepare reports and summarize project performance upon completion.

3. Market Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends in Influencer Marketing and competitors' activities to propose business strategies and improve products/services, enhancing 1Creators' competitive advantage.

4. Sales Management & Reporting:

  • Responsibilities: Be accountable for individual and team sales targets. Prepare periodic business performance reports, sales forecasts, and updates on arising issues for management.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Communication, Marketing or equivalent disciplines.

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Marketing, Advertising, or Media industries — especially in Influencer Marketing or Digital Marketing.

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a team leader or managerial role in Sales.

  • Proven track record in identifying, developing, and closing deals with major brands/key accounts.

  • Strong understanding of Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, and the advertising landscape

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to plan and execute effective business strategies.

  • Proficient in social media platforms and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
