Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Adult Chinese Course Sales Leader to join our team on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business goals, providing leadership and training to the sales team, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service experiences. The Sales Leader will coordinate with other departments to support the growth and success of ELE Academy's mission to deliver premier language education services.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proven Sales expertise, including the ability to lead sales initiatives and identify opportunities to meet targets.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring sales team members to ensure professional development and skill enhancement.
  • Demonstrated Sales Management capabilities, including tracking team performance and achieving performance benchmarks.
  • Proficiency in Chinese or English.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field.
  • Experience in the education or language training industry is a plus.
