As a
Online Sale Teamleader
, you will manage the Fanpage Inbox team, ensuring fast response time, excellent customer service, and optimized conversion rates. You will train, motivate, and lead the team to deliver outstanding sales results via Facebook Messenger.

Core tasks

We're looking for a
Sales-driven Leader
to take charge of our online sales performance across digital platforms —
website, fanpage messenger.
You'll lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing team that turns traffic into conversions and builds long-term customer relationships.

  • Lead and motivate the
    Online Sales & Telesales
    team to hit and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and execute
    multi-channel sales strategies
    that drive growth and retention.
  • Optimize daily sales operations: order flow, conversion funnel, upselling, and campaign performance.
  • Work closely with
    Marketing
    to align sales tactics with promotions and customer insights.
  • Track key metrics (sales volume, conversion rate, AOV, repeat rate) and turn data into actions.

Requirements

  • College/University degree in Business, Marketing, or related.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Online Sales/CS, with ≥1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Fanpage/Messenger operations and social commerce.
  • Team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Data-driven mindset, goal-oriented, resilient and passionate about driving results.
