About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT System Specialist with strong ERP- Manufacturing expertise to support, optimize, and enhance our core business systems within a manufacturing environment. This role will act as the key liaison between IT and production, ensuring seamless system performance across operations such as inventory, procurement, production planning, quality, and finance.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the company's ERP system to support manufacturing processes.

  • Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and QA teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
  • Lead or support ERP enhancement projects, system upgrades, and module implementations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP/application-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, user guides, and training materials.
  • Conduct user training and ensure adherence to best practices and data integrity standards.
  • Integrate ERP with manufacturing equipment, MES, WMS, or other 3rd-party systems when needed.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable system performance.
  • Monitor system performance, perform data audits, and drive process automation and improvements.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager and CEO.
Your skills and experience

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of ERP system support/administration experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows — production planning, BOM, inventory, MRP, quality, etc.
  • Proficient in SQL, data extraction, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with system integration, API, or middleware is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese

Key Competencies

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing or ISO/IATF standards
  • Basic programming/scripting skills (Python, Power Automate, etc.)
