Specialist in Standards and Sustainable Development Systems

• Responsible to the Head of the Management Board of Standards and ESG Systems in proposing, consulting and implementing programs and measures to establish, maintain the effectiveness and continuously improve the internal control system according to advanced management standards, coordinate with relevant parties in the activities of Risk Management, Occupational Safety and Health, Social Responsibility, Information Security, and Sustainable Development of the Company to ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the Company's management system.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Propose the Board's action plan: methods, time, costs, training, certification systems, etc.…

• Establish and participate in establishing new management systems and other related requirements across the company

• Coordinate the implementation of external assessment activities for standard systems (Quality, Information Security Supply Chain Security, Social Responsibility, Sustainable Development, etc.) and manage external assessment activities throughout the company.

• Manage documents according to system requirements, synthesize information for management review activities, establish and evaluate annual quality goals

• Organize internal assessments and coordinate the implementation of external assessments for related systems (Information Security, Sustainable Development, Social Responsibility, etc.)

• Participate in activities related to Sustainable Development.

• Coordinate the development and review of documents under the management system according to applicable standards in the control area.

• Coordinate with Risk Management Board and stakeholders in implementing risk management system.

• Analyze, monitor or directly participate in establishing corrective actions on the company's control system from external assessment activities, risk management, internal assessment, auditing...

• Coordinate with relevant parties in training and implementing new legal requirements (Vietnamese law, FDA…), requirements for updating and implementing new management systems, and training to improve the capacity of internal assessment experts.

• Provide legal, construction and system control advice to stakeholders.

• Control the standard system of Subsidiaries (Information Security, Supply Chain Security, Social Responsibility, Sustainable Development, ...)

• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Head of the Standards and ESG System Management Board and the Department Leader.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION & SPECIALIZATION:

• University graduate, priority given to Chemical and Food Technology, Environmental/Energy Technology or Quality Management, Labor Protection, Human Resource Management.

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 3 years of experience in the field of Production, HSE, CSR, including more than 1 year of experience as a system manager for a food company.

• Priority is given to those with experience in implementing sustainable development activities, Environment, Energy, CSR, HSE, risk management and information security according to international standards.

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

1. Have a solid knowledge of occupational safety and health management, compliance, and social responsibility in the food industry. Have a certificate of internal assessment of management systems according to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001 or equivalent standards.
2. Experienced in establishing, managing and evaluating quality management systems, occupational safety and health, environment, energy, compliance, social responsibility, sustainable development according to international standards
3. Master knowledge and regulations on compliance activities and social responsibility.
4. Knowledge of risk management, sustainable development and information security systems management
5. Have general knowledge in the fields of environmental control, energy, occupational health and safety
6. Good presentation and persuasion skills
7. Have teamwork skills
8. Have knowledge of change management
