National Sales Manager of Operations

This position plays a key role in
driving sales growth, expanding market share, managing P&L
, and ensuring operational excellence. The successful candidate will lead nationwide sales activities, strengthen key customer relationships, and work closely with regional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute nationwide
    sales growth strategies
    and expand the cutting tool market in Vietnam
  • Manage and develop
    key client relationships
    ; lead business development initiatives
  • Lead
    P&L management
    , budgeting, and strategic resource allocation
  • Optimize
    operations, inventory, and supply chain
    to ensure efficiency
  • Manage, coach, and develop the national sales team
  • Prepare business reports and collaborate closely with
    Headquarters and Vietnam Managing Director

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of Sales experience
    , including
    10+ years in the cutting tool industry
  • 5+ years of team management
    experience
  • Experience working in a
    global manufacturing or industrial company
  • Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and customer-centric mindset
