Job Summary:

We're looking for an
HR Generalist
who wants to go beyond operations and make real business impact.

At AWING, each HR task — from recruitment to onboarding, from employee engagement to global compliance — connects directly to how we grow as a business. You'll have the chance to learn deeply about recruitment, organizational development, and international HR setup while shaping the people foundation that powers AWING's global expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute HR administrative processes (onboarding, contracts, offboarding) with precision and ownership — ensuring every employee's experience reflects AWING's values.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional positions, focusing on finding the
    right people
    who drive business results, not just filling vacancies.
  • Support organizational development and culture initiatives that enhance performance, collaboration, and engagement across teams.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency, enabling teams to focus on strategic priorities.
  • Research and understand labor laws in overseas markets to support compliant and sustainable international growth.
  • Identify and coordinate with local payroll outsourcing vendors in target countries to ensure smooth HR operations globally.
  • Grow toward becoming an
    HR Business Partner (HRBP)
    responsible for one Business Unit — translating people strategies into business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Analytical and curious mindset, with a drive to connect HR work to business impact.
  • Eager to develop into a strategic HRBP role with exposure to global operations
