As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll be an essential part of the team that brings great people into the organization. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain real-world experience in end-to-end recruitment while working alongside experienced HR professionals in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with sourcing efforts, including job posting, CV screening, and interview coordination
  • Manage and update candidate pipelines and internal recruitment trackers
  • Support the preparation of offer letters, contracts, and other recruitment-related documents
  • Help organize and execute employer branding initiatives, onboarding activities, and internal hiring events
  • Provide day-to-day support on administrative tasks and ad-hoc HR projects

What We're Looking For:

  • A proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who's passionate about people and talent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; enjoys working with others
  • Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields
  • Able to commit to a full-time or part-time internship (minimum 3 working days/week)
  • A positive attitude, a learning mindset, and a strong sense of responsibility
