TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT INTERN, DAY-TO-DAY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a
Training & Development Intern
, you will have the opportunity to support various training programs, assist in organizing events and conferences, and contribute to the translation of training materials. Join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience in a professional working environment.

  • Assisting in preparing materials for training programs such as participants list, slides, worksheet, tests, survey forms, etc and/or participating in L&D projects.
  • Supporting enrollment arrangements, tracking classes, and updating reports after each workshop and training session.
  • Translating training materials and related documents.
  • Updating data on training-related systems.
  • Assisting and participating in the preparation and execution of Training programs, communication activities, events, conferences, workshops, and/or training projects (if applicable).
  • Supporting administrative office tasks, such as printing, organizing documents, and files.
  • Performing other specialized support tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor as needed.

  • Diligent, agile, proactive, dynamic, and actively participating in company activities.
  • Passionate about training work, knowledgeable about content and image design.
  • Good attitude and responsibility in their work.
  • Good comprehension of the English language
