Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a
motivated fresh graduate or early-career professional
(less than 2 years of experience) with a background in
English Language, Education, or related fields
. If you're passionate about academic work, detail-oriented, and interested in pursuing a career in education, this is a great opportunity to grow in a dynamic, impactful environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in English Language, Education, or related fields
  • IELTS 7.0 overall, with
    Speaking 7.0 or higher
    (or equivalent English proficiency)
  • Experience in creating educational or presentation slides (PowerPoint, Canva)
  • Strong interest in academic operations and learner development
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Prior experience in education is a plus, but not required

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Support

  • Assist in preparing lesson plans, worksheets, and academic documents
  • Support the tracking of learner progress and academic records
  • Help coordinate quality assurance tasks such as gathering feedback and academic observations

2. Class & Instructor Coordination

  • Oversee class logistics: attendance, materials, scheduling, and learner support
  • Support onboarding and coordination with coach assistants (CA) and instructors
  • Assist in class observations and reporting academic insights

3. Learner Support & Placement Testing

  • Conduct placement tests to assess learners' speaking level and course suitability
  • Give clear, supportive feedback to learners after testing
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to ensure timely feedback delivery
  • Support learners throughout their course with academic guidance and follow-up

4. Administrative and Interdepartmental Tasks

  • Update and maintain academic databases and shared folders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure class readiness
  • Assist in preparing academic reports and presentations when needed
