has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance and Commercial Partner.**
This role supports strategic finance and commercial operations in Vietnam. Operating in a dynamic environment, the position plays a key role in coordinating financial activities, supporting commercial initiatives, and managing relationships with manufacturing partners. The role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration, financial planning, and stakeholder engagement, making it a strong development opportunity for future leadership.

What You Will Be Accountable For
Financial & Commercial Coordination

• Assist in financial planning and forecasting across multiple entities and projects.
• Support cost analysis, budgeting, and reporting to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Contribute to demand planning and gap analysis in collaboration with internal teams.

Licensed Factory Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with licensed factories (LFs) to support mutual business goals.
• Act as a contact for commercial matters, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Understand partner needs and help propose solutions that align with company strategy.

Project Support & Business Transformation

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on commercial initiatives.
• Track project achievements and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Support implementation of standard methodologies and process improvements.

Operational & Contracting Support

• Assist in reviewing and negotiating commercial terms.
• Help manage contracting processes and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Provide input to improve systems and workflows for better efficiency and transparency.

Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge

• At least 10 years of experience in Finance at large FMCGs/MNCs.

• Solid understanding of

• Financial planning and forecasting

• Costing and excise structures
• Supply chain and demand planning basics

• Commercial contracting and negotiation processes

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to navigate and adapt to changing business conditions.
• Analytical mentality with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
