We are looking for a Payment & Partner Accounting Collaborator who is detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible to join our finance operations team. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all payment and reconciliation processes with our business partners, while maintaining transparency and compliance throughout financial operations.

You will serve as the key liaison between internal departments (Finance, Legal, Business Development, etc.) and external partners, supporting smooth financial coordination and fostering long-term business relationships.

What you will do
  • Review, verify, and manage payment profiles and financial records of business partners to ensure data accuracy and completeness;
  • Prepare and maintain regular payment and revenue reports for internal tracking and partner communications;
  • Support the document workflow process, including contract signing, payment requests, and reconciliation confirmations;
  • Monitor, reconcile, and manage partners' receivables and payables, including auditing accounts, advances, and adjustments;
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance Advisors (from VNG), Business Development, Legal, and external partners to resolve financial or operational issues;
  • Participate in reviewing and improving internal payment and reconciliation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy;
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative or financial support tasks as assigned by the Finance Team or Management.
What you will need
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (preferably with experience in the online or internet industry);
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Accounting, Sales Administration, or Payment/Reconciliation roles;
  • Strong sense of integrity, attention to detail, and a responsible, hard-working attitude;
  • Good analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis is a plus);
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate effectively across departments;
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
