Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial statements for Companies, Trusts, Partnerships, and SMSFs
  • Prepare income tax returns for Individuals, Companies, Trusts, and SMSFs
  • Complete BAS, IAS, FBT, and Payroll Tax returns
  • Perform bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and management reports
  • Participate in tax planning and advisory activities
  • Stay up to date with Australian accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Communicate directly with clients when required

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an Australian accounting firm or handling Australian clients
  • Strong knowledge of tax compliance and accounting standards
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Xero (experience with Now Infinity is a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA or CA qualified / currently pursuing is highly regarded
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
