Role Description

This pivotal role requires an Accountant with a deep mastery of financial/ accounting controls (inventory, reconciliation, settlement) and a proactive Service Mindset. You will be the trusted accounting expert, ensuring accurate data for our distribution clients while acting as the reliable liaison between internal teams and external partners. Your expertise guarantees smooth, compliant, and client-focused service delivery.

Job Description

1. Inventory Management & Reporting

• Execute and manage comprehensive Inventory Movement Reports (Inbound, Outbound, and Stock Balance).
• Synthesize, reconcile, and report the results of periodic physical inventory counts.
• Monitor, verify, and summarize all reports related to damaged or scrapped goods (Write-offs/Disposals).
• Accurately record all relevant inventory transactions (e.g., product reservations) within the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

2. Sales Data & Costing Reconciliation

• Conduct thorough verification and reconciliation of sales data (revenue, Cost of Goods Sold - COGS, service fees, discounts, promotions, etc.), detailing results by partner, product category, and service, ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Generate detailed Profitability Reports by product, product category, and supplier for assigned partners.
• Verify, reconcile, and report on the inventory movements of goods sold, promotional items, FOC (Free of Charge) goods, and POSM (Point of Sale Materials) for each partner, categorized by product.
• Monitor and calculate distribution service fees accurately, completely, and in a timely manner.

3. Client Reporting & Account Management

• Prepare and periodically submit detailed Reconciliation Statements to partners (including sales reports, cash flow statements, and accounts receivable/payable status).
• Manage Accounts Payable and Partner Collections/Funds Held in Trust, ensuring all payments and remittances are executed strictly according to contractual terms.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Operations) to provide financial data and conduct business performance analysis upon request.

4. Payment Processing & Invoicing

• Review and verify the validity and completeness of all documentation/dossiers related to the payment of selling expenses and associated costs.
• Proactively prepare and issue invoices for distribution/service fees charged to partners.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Accounting/Finance
  , with at least
  1 year in a specialized or equivalent role
  (e.g., Partner Accounting, Commercial Accounting, Financial Analyst).
• Proven experience in managing key accounting functions including
  Inventory Management
  ,
  Payment Processing
  ,
  Accounts Payable/Receivable (A/R & A/P)
  , and
  Data Reconciliation
  .
• Ability to
  Multi-Task
  across various accounting disciplines and strong technical skills in handling
  high-volume data processing
  and analysis.
• Proficiency in English
  (both verbal communication, reading comprehension, and professional writing is required).
• Advanced proficiency
  in MS Office applications (especially
  Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  ), with exposure or competence in
  Power BI
  being highly advantageous.
• Prior experience utilizing accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  is a significant asset.
