Recruitment Purpose:

To support daily accounting operations, ensure accurate recording of transactions, assist in monthly financial closing, and maintain compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

Application Requirements:

  • Daily Accounting Tasks Record and verify accounting vouchers (sales, purchases, payments, receipts, journal entries).
  • Check supporting documents for completeness and compliance with company policy.
  • Handle bank transactions: prepare payment requests, record bank entries, reconcile bank statements.
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable; follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Maintain proper filing and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Coordinate with team members and follow instructions from the Admin & Finance Manager.
  • Do other assigned work when needed.

Benefit:

  • Working time: 8:00 – 17:00 Monday – Friday
  • Bonus: 13th-month salary and based on business results
  • Insurance: Social insurance as per Vietnam Labor Law
  • Work Environment: Professional Japanese corporate environment.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related field.
  • Good English skills (able to interview and work with Japanese director)
  • 1–2 years of experience preferred, but fresh graduates are WELCOME.
  • Careful, honest, and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in Excel and general office tools.
