What will you work on?

• Assist in planning and executing content marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, blogs, newsletters, etc.)
• Write, edit, and proofread compelling content tailored to different audiences and channels
• Support SEO initiatives by creating keyword-rich content and optimizing existing assets
• Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to produce multimedia content (graphics, videos, infographics)
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and prepare reports on engagement and reach
• Research industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to inform content strategy
• Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all platforms
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams, including sales, design, and product development, to align marketing efforts with broader business strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or similar roles
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
• Basic understanding of SEO, social media platforms, and digital marketing trends
• Strong English Skills: Excellent writing and speaking skills in English, capable of creating catchy ad copy and clear reports.
• Technology Startup Acumen: Familiarity with the technology startup landscape, particularly in the SaaS, Enterprise Software, Data Services, and Education industries, to address the unique challenges and opportunities faced by these clients.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data and drive data-informed marketing decisions.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A passion for the startup ecosystem and a drive to make a meaningful impact on emerging tech companies' growth.
• Team Player: Effective collaboration skills, capable of working in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
