Client Growth Partner

, you will play a key role in the

overall health, retention, and growth of a designated client portfolio. This role requires a strong blend of strategic marketing expertise, financial acumen, and exceptional relationship management skills to ensure client satisfaction and drive profitable revenue growth.

B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the senior, primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Proactively develop and nurture deep, long-term relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and retention metrics are met or exceeded.
  • Anticipate client needs, industry trends, and business challenges to position the company as a strategic partner.

Account Strategy and Growth

  • Develop and lead the overarching marketing strategy for each account, ensuring alignment with the client's specific business objectives and KPIs.
  • Identify, pitch, and secure upsell and cross-sell opportunities (e.g., new projects, expanded scope) to drive predictable, profitable account growth.
  • Manage contract renewals, negotiations, and service level agreements (SLAs) to maximize account profitability.

Project Oversight and Delivery Coordination

  • Act as the
    internal champion

for the client, translating their business needs into clear, actionable briefs and strategies for internal delivery teams (Creative, Research, Tech, etc.).
- Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring that quality deliverables are provided on time and within budget.
- Manage client feedback, handle escalations, and resolve complex service issues quickly and diplomatically.

Financial and Performance Accountability

  • Accountable for the profitability (P&L) and financial health of the assigned client portfolio.
  • Review, analyze, and present detailed performance reports (ROI, KPI tracking, budget utilization) to both internal leadership and clients.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, billing, and timely invoicing throughout the project lifecycle.

C, REQUIREMENT

  • Experience:

5+ years of proven experience in Account Management, Client Services, or a similar client-facing leadership role (preferably within an agency or B2B industry).
- Strategic Acumen:

Demonstrated ability to create and execute complex, data-driven marketing or business strategies.
- Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (for client pitches, reporting, and team briefing).
- Leadership:

Experience in managing and mentoring a team, driving collaborative performance.
- Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong analytical skills (Excel/data analysis).
