THE OPPORTUNITY

. We're seeking an exceptional Account Director to join our founding team, someone who can bring clients, build relationships, and shape the future of our agency alongside us.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

This is a
builder's role
– you'll be wearing multiple hats as we scale from startup to market leader. You'll leverage your global agency experience and client relationships to establish Bespoke Marketing as the go-to platform for brands seeking both international quality and local execution speed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Client Acquisition

• Leverage your network to bring in founding clients and strategic accounts
• Lead new business pitches and convert prospects into long-term partners
• Identify opportunities where global brands need local market agility
• Build case studies and proof points for our integrated performance model
• Represent Bespoke Marketing at industry events and conferences

Strategic Account Leadership

• Serve as strategic partner to C-level executives at global and regional brands
• Bridge the gap between international brand standards and Vietnamese market execution
• Develop integrated performance strategies across paid, owned, and earned media
• Drive measurable business results that prove the platform's value
• Ensure seamless collaboration between global teams and local execution

Platform & Team Building

• Help shape our integrated performance platform and service model
• Define processes that deliver global quality at local speed
• Recruit and build high-performing account teams as we scale
• Establish quality standards and best practices
• Contribute to product/service development based on market needs

Company Growth & Leadership

• Participate in executive decision-making as a founding member
• Drive revenue growth and profitability targets
• Build strategic partnerships with global networks and local players
• Shape company culture, values, and ways of working
• Mentor next generation of account leaders

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Non-Negotiables

• 7-10+ years in global/international agency networks
  (WPP, Omnicom, Publicis, IPG, Dentsu, or equivalent tier-one agencies)
• Proven ability to bring clients
  – you have relationships and can open doors
• Track record managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels
• Experience with performance marketing and data-driven strategies
• Deep understanding of both global brand requirements and Asian market dynamics
• Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch

Skills & Expertise

• Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen
• Outstanding presentation and stakeholder management skills (fluent English required)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystem and emerging platforms
• Financial literacy – can manage P&L, pricing, and profitability
• Leadership presence that inspires clients and teams
• Ability to work at both strategic altitude and execution detail
