Role Description

As a Product Manager for the Digital Twin Project, you will oversee the development and execution of the project, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure project goals are met efficiently. Responsibilities include:

  • Define product goals, scope, and project requirements;
  • Conduct market and user research to identify product opportunities, user needs, and competitive landscape;
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
  • Oversee end-to-end product implementation, including planning, execution, rollout, and post-launch evaluation;
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to build solutions and enhance product value;
  • Drive the expansion of new features and improvements based on user insights and performance data;
  • Monitor product progress and ensure quality throughout development phases;
  • Identify project risks and propose corrective and improvement actions;
  • Report project status and product performance to management and relevant stakeholders;
  • Ensure compliance with product development processes and quality standards.

Requirements
:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or related field;
  • Minimum 03 years of experience in product or project management, preferably in technology or digital platforms;
  • Strong skills in product research, market analysis, roadmap planning, and cross-functional coordination;
  • Experience working with product development lifecycle and agile methodologies is an advantage;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, and multitasking abilities.

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM)

  • Overtime may be required depending on work demands and will be compensated with time off on another day in the week.
