HR & Administrative Executive (Generalist)
Location: HMC Building, 193 Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the HR & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for a full scope of Human Resources, Administration, and Recruitment functions, including:
1. Human Resources
- Participate in employee performance evaluation and performance management activities.
- Maintain and update HR information systems, employee records, and employment contracts.
- Administer payroll, compensation, and employee benefits.
Manage HR procedures related to:
Payroll calculation and monthly payroll reports
Employment contracts, renewals, probation tracking, and employee records
Social insurance, PIT (Personal Income Tax), and other statutory compliance
Onboarding, offboarding, salary adjustments, discipline handling, and employee relations
Ensure HR practices comply with labor law and internal policies.
2. Office Administration
- Coordinate and support internal meetings, events, and guest hospitality.
- Manage attendance, working hours, and timekeeping systems: Monitor attendance records, overtime, and leave entitlement.
- Draft, manage, and archive corporate documentation.
- Oversee office assets, equipment, and supplies: Source suppliers, request quotations, and execute procurement procedures.
- Plan and manage employee engagement and welfare activities: Monthly gatherings, company trips, team-building activities, festive gifts, etc.
- Serve as the contact point with government authorities for HR and administrative matters.
- Support Trade Union activities as assigned.
3. Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: Identify hiring needs, post job ads, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate databases.
- Conduct onboarding orientation and ensure smooth integration for new hires.
- Track probation periods and evaluate performance.
- Support KPI system setup and assist in performance review processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and reporting.
Requirements
- Born in
2000 or earlier
(appearance-friendly). - College/University degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience
in a similar role, with strong C&B experience. - Experience in developing/implementing
KPIs
is a strong advantage. - Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
- Knowledgeable in HR laws and regulations.
- Experience planning internal events and employee engagement activities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and good teamwork skills.
