We're Hiring:
HR Generalist (Recruitment-Focused)

Location: HMC Building, 193 Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City


Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the HR & Admin Manager, you will manage full-cycle recruitment, general HR operations, payroll & benefits, office administration, and employee engagement initiatives.

1. Recruitment (Primary Focus)

  • Receive hiring requests, create recruitment plans, and execute the recruitment process.
  • Post job openings, screen applications, contact candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate databases.
  • Assist in drafting Job Descriptions (JDs) and KPIs for employees.
  • Conduct onboarding, probation follow-ups, and evaluate new hires.
  • Build and maintain relationships with talent sources and internal communication channels.

2. HR & Payroll Operations

  • Manage employee records, labor contracts, contract annexes, and HR documentation.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and timekeeping systems.
  • Administer payroll, bonuses, social insurance, personal income tax, and statutory HR compliance.
  • Support conflict resolution, employee recognition, disciplinary actions, and employee transfers.

3. Internal Communication & Employee Engagement

  • Participate in planning and executing internal events (team building, celebrations, competitions, 5S initiatives, etc.).
  • Contribute to creating a positive and collaborative workplace culture.


Requirements

  • Only suitable CVs will be considered; candidates
    born in 1998 or earlier

  • College or University degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields (HR certification is an advantage).
  • 2+ years of experience
    in a similar role (preferably in media/advertising).
  • Solid understanding of Labor Law, social insurance, PIT, and payroll administration.
  • Experience in KPI implementation and employee performance evaluation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
  • Strong planning, communication, interviewing, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
