Responsibilities and Duties
Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets.
Managing clients by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense
controls.
Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and manage
contract renewals.
Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
Perform other duties as requested by superiors.
Your skills and experiences
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or relevant fields.
At least 5 years in a similar role.
Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives.
Excellent knowledge of business, financial services, insurance, banking,... is Plus.
Experience in client relationship management.
You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build
rapport with clients.
Interpersonal skills: organize, communicate, and interact with a company's people daily.
Organization skills: must handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks, are
also responsible for maintaining a large amount of data and paperwork.
- Public speaking and communication skills: must communicate company policies and
decisions clearly and with authority, often give presentations to clients and lead company
meetings.
- Teamwork: collaborate with the company's other managers, should be able to work well
with colleagues during meetings, on projects and when making decisions.
A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element.
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.
