1. Job Responsibilities

Inventory & Cost Management

• Reconcile and record daily stock in/out transactions for food, beverages, packaging, and consumables.
• Track inventory movements across kitchen, bar, and storage areas to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
• Review and compare standard usage vs. actual consumption; investigate discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments (Kitchen, Bar, Procurement, Operations) to identify root causes.
• Monitor cost of goods sold (COGS) and perform monthly cost allocation entries
• Reconcile and handle adjustments arising from promotions, complimentary items, staff meals, or waste/scrap reports.

Revenue & Payables/Receivables Support

• Reconcile daily sales revenue from POS with accounting records.
• Work with Operations and Cashier teams on revenue discrepancies, voids, discounts, cancellations, or adjustments.
• Manage receivables/payables related to suppliers, purchase orders, and inventory purchases.

Stock Procedures & Compliance

• Coordinate with Procurement, Kitchen, and Warehouse teams to ensure proper stock-in/stock-out processes following company SOP.
• Verify documents such as (Goods Receipt Note) GRN, purchase invoices, stock transfer notes, waste/return forms before recording.
• Support periodic and ad-hoc inventory counts; reconcile physical count vs. system records and report variances.

Reporting & Internal Coordination

• Prepare periodic inventory reports: daily, weekly, monthly closing data, and COGS reports.
• Provide timely analysis of inventory performance, cost trends, and stock issues to management.
• Support cross-department communication related to inventory, operational procedures, and accounting documentation.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the General Manager.

2. Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• At least 1 years of experience in Inventory Accounting, preferably in F&B/restaurant/hospitality.
• Strong understanding of cost allocation, stock control, and accounting entries.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software; experience with POS or inventory systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working with multiple departments.

Quản lý Tồn kho & Kiểm soát Chi phí

• Đối chiếu và ghi nhận đầy đủ các nghiệp vụ nhập – xuất – tồn hằng ngày cho nguyên liệu, đồ uống, bao bì và vật tư tiêu hao.
• Theo dõi luân chuyển hàng hóa giữa Bếp, Bar và Kho để đảm bảo dữ liệu được cập nhật kịp thời và chính xác.
• So sánh định mức (standard usage) với mức tiêu hao thực tế; phân tích chênh lệch và phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan (Bếp, Bar, Thu mua, Vận hành) để xác định nguyên nhân.
• Theo dõi giá vốn (COGS), thực hiện các bút toán phân bổ chi phí hằng tháng (ví dụ: 632 → 154).
• Đối chiếu và xử lý các phát sinh liên quan đến khuyến mãi, suất mời, suất ăn nhân viên, hàng hủy hoặc báo cáo thất thoát.

Hỗ trợ Doanh thu & Công nợ

• Đối chiếu doanh thu bán hàng hằng ngày giữa POS và dữ liệu kế toán.
• Làm việc với Bộ phận Vận hành và Thu ngân để xử lý các chênh lệch doanh thu, hóa đơn void, giảm giá, hủy bill hoặc điều chỉnh.
• Theo dõi công nợ phải thu/phải trả liên quan đến nhà cung cấp, đơn đặt hàng và các khoản mua hàng tồn kho.

Quy trình Kho & Tuân thủ

• Phối hợp với Bộ phận Thu mua, Bếp và Kho để đảm bảo quy trình nhập – xuất – bảo quản tuân thủ SOP của công ty.
• Kiểm tra và xác nhận chứng từ như: GRN (phiếu nhận hàng), hóa đơn mua hàng, phiếu chuyển kho, phiếu hủy/trả hàng… trước khi ghi nhận.
• Hỗ trợ kiểm kê định kỳ và kiểm kê đột xuất; đối chiếu số liệu thực tế với hệ thống và báo cáo chênh lệch.

Báo cáo & Phối hợp Nội bộ

• Chuẩn bị các báo cáo tồn kho định kỳ: báo cáo ngày, tuần, tháng và báo cáo giá vốn (COGS).
• Cung cấp phân tích kịp thời về tình hình tồn kho, xu hướng chi phí và các vấn đề liên quan theo yêu cầu quản lý.
• Phối hợp liên phòng ban liên quan đến quy trình vận hành, chứng từ kế toán và dữ liệu kho.
• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của Kế toán Trưởng/Quản lý trực tiếp.
