The company currently manages a nationwide network of 37 Giant International dealers and 18 / flagship stores, offering high-quality products and services to cycling enthusiasts and active lifestyle consumers.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Marketing Executive, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing brand communication, implementing marketing campaigns, and optimizing digital advertising performance for key brands including , Java, Raptor, Giant International, Maxxis, and Continental. The role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution to enhance brand visibility and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Communication & Campaign Management

  • Plan, manage, and execute brand communication activities and marketing campaigns across all assigned brands.

  • Ensure consistent brand image and messaging across all communication channels.

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms: Facebook, TikTok, Google, Zalo, Email, SMS, OOH, Activation, Workshop, POSM Display, Key Visual, and Concept development.

2. Content & Channel Management

  • Build content calendars and manage daily operations across TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Zalo.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Video, Content, Ads) to create high-quality, engaging marketing materials including videos, product photos, and social media posts.

  • Coordinate with KOC/KOLs, athletes, and brand ambassadors to produce regular branded content and strengthen brand engagement.

3. Advertising & Performance Optimization

  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and Google Maps.

  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance to improve ROI and conversion rates.

  • Support the Sales Department in planning promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales across multiple channels (Flagship Stores, TikTok Shop, Shopee, etc.).

4. Communication & Event Support

  • Participate in organizing brand events, workshops, activations, and PR campaigns.

  • Contribute creative ideas to overall marketing strategies and assist in executing communication plans according to the company's business roadmap.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Journalism – Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Brand Communication.

  • Strong knowledge of advertising and analytics tools: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads.

  • Solid understanding of marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and performance marketing.

  • Excellent analytical, content writing, teamwork, and time management skills.

  • Good command of English (both written and spoken) for marketing communication and documentation.

  • Passionate about sports, cycling, and active lifestyle is a strong plus.
