As part of our growth, we are expanding our marketing team. We are looking for a dynamic and creative
Marketing Senior Executive
to help strengthen our brand presence, drive communication initiatives, and support business growth across regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute
    marketing campaigns
    that align with company objectives and global brand strategy.
  • Develop engaging
    content for social media, website, newsletters, and corporate communication
    .
  • Coordinate with the
    Marketing Manager and German HQ
    to maintain consistency in branding and tone.
  • Support
    business development
    by preparing presentations, proposals, and company portfolios.
  • Manage and grow
    social media presence
    (especially LinkedIn), track analytics, and report performance insights.
  • Collaborate with the
    design team
    to create high-quality visuals, brochures, and marketing materials.
  • Assist in
    event planning
    (recruitment, client meetings, company milestones, CSR activities).
  • Research new marketing opportunities and tools to improve digital visibility and engagement.
  • Contribute to internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
    .
  • 3–5 years of experience
    in marketing, communications, or branding, preferably in an international or technical industry (engineering, architecture, construction, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of
    digital marketing, content creation, and brand storytelling
    .
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in
    English
    (German is a plus).
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office
    and familiarity with
    Adobe Creative Suite
    or
    Canva
    .
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
