Team size: 4 members.
Reporting line: Business Development department.
- Conduct research on potential partners, clients, and market opportunities as required by the BD and Sales team.
- Assist in identifying collaboration opportunities and maintaining updated partner information.
- Manage and update tracking tools for sales and BD, and partnerships.
- Synchronize data across Sales, BD, and Marketing systems to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Maintain databases, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping of leads and partner information.
- Manage the SLA between the Sales team and the Marketing team.
- Draft, organize contracts using company templates, and follow up on the contract status.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing BD and sales performance.
- Store and maintain all BD-related documents in a systematic and accessible manner.
- Support the BD and Sales teams with administrative tasks, scheduling, and document preparation.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, BD support, or administrative roles**.**
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong research, organization, multi-tasking, and data management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about sales and business development.
- Has a logical mindset.
Phúc lợi
· Salary: VND 14–15 million (Gross).
· Probation: 2 months with 100% salary (after 10% PIT deduction); no social insurance during probation.
· Social insurance applied to full salary after probation.

· Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break from 12:00–1:00 PM).
· Working time: Office hours (Full-time).
