Role Description

The Vice Team Leader, Administration is a full-time role based on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, primarily responsible for both
recruitment
and
administrative management.
Key duties include carrying out recruitment activities, preparing corresponding plans and reports, and organizing internal/external staff training. The role also involves administrative management of the office and model house areas, including facility repair planning, monitoring monthly attendance, and implementing employee welfare programs.

Qualifications

  • Must have graduated from university or higher, majoring in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Problem-solving skills. Good Presentation and Communication skills.
  • Good at English. Must be careful, detailed, responsible, and professional.
  • Required to travel to the North and surrounding provinces of Ho Chi Minh City.
