  1. Respond clearly, promptly, tactfully to customers' inquiries regarding the status of their accounts.

  2. Prepare basic documents in response to orders received from sales personnel or from established customers.

  3. Maintain customer accounts by recording order changes or returned items.

  4. Notify customers of changes in delivery or production schedules, or in some cases, provide customers or management with periodic reports.

  5. Direct customers' inquiries to appropriate personnel if not able to resolve questions directly or satisfactorily.

  6. Develop selling prices for standard product, based on guidelines from Product Marketing Managers.

  7. Maintain current sell price for products/customer.

  8. Maintain customer per FCST, hub management, stock level control to fulfill customer's demand.

  9. Prepare documents necessary for samples and prototype requests.

  10. Enter customer RFQS, for products as requested.

  11. Responsibility for assisting Sales/Marketing with contract review.

  12. Perform special assignments as directed by the Product Marketing Manager .

  13. Understand and follow applicable Company practices, policies and procedures.

  14. Work safely.

  15. Sr. CSR may train & guidance new / Jr. CSR(s).

RBA Duties:

With rights and duties to understand RBA, and with the rights and duties to feedback problems and provide suggestions

Yêu cầu công việc:

Requirement:

  1. College education or above.

  2. At least 2 - 4 years related work experience.

  3. Must have ability to maintain tact, patience and composure under stressful conditions when dealing with customers.

  4. Must be able to work with a high degree of accuracy, under pressure and with frequent interruptions.

  5. Must have a working knowledge of personal computers and SAP system.

  6. Must possess strong diplomacy and problem solving skills.
