Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Export Sales Coordinator to manage export operations, support sales activities, and ensure efficient order processing for our international clients. The ideal candidate will coordinate between customers, logistics, and internal teams to guarantee smooth export documentation and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all export-related documentation and procedures.
  • Liaise with clients, shipping lines, and freight forwarders for order execution.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in preparing export quotations, invoices, and contracts.
  • Maintain regular communication with the sales and production teams.
  • Track shipments and update clients on delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate export sales and shipment records.
  • Support the Sales Manager in achieving export sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in export coordination or international sales.
  • Strong understanding of export procedures, incoterms, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems preferred.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
