We are expanding rapidly across APAC, and we're looking for an experienced
Delivery Manager
to lead our software project delivery teams—ensuring predictable outcomes, happy clients, and scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery Excellence
  • Lead end-to-end delivery for multiple software development and AI projects.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.
  • Define delivery KPIs (timeline, cost, quality, client NPS) and ensure consistent achievement.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination
  • Manage cross-functional teams (PM, BA, Dev, QA, DevOps, AI/ML engineers).
  • Mentor project managers and ensure adherence to agile delivery frameworks.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Solution Architects, HR, Finance) to align resources and priorities.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the key contact for project escalations, delivery updates, and client communications.
  • Ensure transparency, trust, and satisfaction across all client engagements.
  • Identify growth opportunities from existing clients through excellent service delivery.
  • Process & Compliance
  • Standardize delivery methodologies and reporting templates across teams.
  • Ensure project operations comply with
    DataX's security and data privacy policies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in quality and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    5+ years in IT project management or delivery management within a
    software development / ITO / BPO
    environment.
  • Proven track record managing multi-million USD or multi-team software delivery projects.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Agile / Scrum
    methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and infrastructure operations (DevOps, FinOps, or SecOps preferred).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (fluent in English; Thai or Japanese is a plus).
  • PMP, CSM, or ITIL certification preferred.
