About The Role

• Location: Vietnam
• Working mode: Hyrbid - 2 office days
• Level: Mid–Senior

As a (Senior) Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of technology projects within established timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards. This role encompasses collaboration with senior business stakeholders to implement a diverse range of modules, manage the integration of AI vendors, guide the development of cloud-based applications, and implement solutions leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies.

Job Details

• Receive and thoroughly understand client requirements, addressing and clarifying any concerns to ensure seamless communication.
• Deliver timely and precise estimations for project requirements, considering resource availability, efficiency, and alignment with the company's direction.
• Collaborate with clients to establish clear delivery milestones, balancing budget, human resources, time, quality commitments, and client satisfaction.
• Supervise and track the daily progress of team members to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
• Actively identify and resolve issues, anticipate risks, and escalate critical matters to management promptly.
• Lead discussions, make decisions, and resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure smooth, transparent, and timely communication both internally and externally.
• Continuously track project progress in detail and manage its daily progress including updating project plans, timelines, budget reports, client reports, and other project reporting & documentation to ensure everything is updated regularly with highest level of accuracy and transparency.
• Contribute to the growth of the Project Manager team through innovative initiatives and knowledge sharing.

Requirements
Experience

• Have at least 5 years of project management experience, including project management experience in I.T industry - Previous exposure to AI/ML projects is a huge plus;
• Experience working with global teams, Project Management tools, and Scrum/Agile methodology;
• Understanding of software development process and delivery pipeline;

Knowledge & Skills

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is a plus (but really, a can-do attitude and a proven track record of success would speak higher volumes);
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other Project management certificate is also appreciated;
• Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese is essential. Japanese language skills are a valuable advantage;
• Excellent international client-facing and internal communication skills with the global team;
• A self-starter capable of leading stakeholders and team members with a strong sense of ownership;
• Enjoy solving complex problems and take pride in it;
