Job details:

  • SNS management, design creation (mainly Canva), photo/video shooting, simple website updates, short-form video editing, exhibition digital support, basic SEO analysis, digital asset management, and handling initial communication with customers who contact us through the website or SNS
  • Make detail marketing paln covering SNS operation, design, shooting, web updating, etc.

The process of interview:
 1 Round: General Director, Channel Sales Manager, and HR/Admin

An update regarding the 10–15 minute presentation preparation for the Digital Marketing Specialist candidates:

1. Presentation Theme (choose one)

Prepare a simple proposal in any format (PPT, PDF, Canva, or even a short memo):

1-week SNS content ideas for company

Short-form video idea for TikTok

PR content idea for a Tozen product

SNS promotion idea for an exhibition/event

2. Mandatory deliverables (only 2 items)

1 SNS design sample (Canva)

1 short video (10–15 sec, CapCut is OK)

3. Interview flow

Presentation: 10 minutes

Q&A: 5 minutes

Interviewers: General Director, Sales Manager, HR/Admin

Requirements:

Mandatory Requirement (must be communicated clearly)

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher (mandatory)
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (SNS operation, design, shooting, web updating, etc.)
  • Practical experience with Canva (mandatory): Photoshop/Illustrator experience is an advantage.
  • SNS experience: Facebook / LinkedIn / TikTok
  • English proficiency (must be able to handle email and chat communication)
  • High level of proactiveness and self-driven attitude (most important)
  • o Actively collect materials (photos, videos, info) by themselves
  • o Not a passive or instruction-waiting type
  • o Able to propose ideas, execute, and complete tasks independently
  • o Able to communicate across departments (Sales, Technical, Admin)
  • Able to shoot basic photos/videos and edit short-form videos (e.g., CapCut)
  • Experienced with Google Workspace (Docs / Sheets / Slides)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing within a B2B manufacturer
  • Video editing (CapCut or similar)
  • Basic CMS experience (WordPress, etc.)
  • SEO experience
  • Exhibition/event experience
  • Experience working in a Japanese company
