  • Responsible for providing regular & ad hoc reports on business performance and operating performance of all business units, product lines, customer segments and operation units.
  • Responsible for analyzing performance of business activities, products, product marketing programs, sales programs, marketing campaigns; analytics on portfolio quality, collection performance and processes; analytics on operational optimization.
  • Join and implement initiatives of department and center to increase performance of services and quality.
  • Proactive discussions with manager of Business Division in order to catch up business problems to provide insights right time.
  • Automate all regular reports to increase productivity.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by upper management.

  1. Educational Qualifications

  2. University degree in economics / banking / finance / IT.

  3. Relevant Knowledge/Expertise

  4. Knowledge of banking, products, services, business model.

  5. Knowledge of data systems, Business Intelligence systems.

  6. Skills

  7. Problem-solving skills in a creative way.

  8. Business communication, can use English.
  9. Data management tools skill (SQL, Oracle…).

  10. Reporting & analytics skills using multiple tools (Excel, BI tools, Python…).

  11. Relevant Experience

  12. Have 3 years and above practical experience in managing BI system for banking.

  13. Required Competencies

  14. Ability to work independently as well as teamwork.

  15. Ability to analyze, manage time and logical thinking.
  16. Positive attitude.
  17. Professional, self-confident, proactive and able to handle stress/conflict.
