British International School Hanoi is looking to appoint a Vietnamese Liaison and Secondary Administrator to join our talented and dedicated team from January 2026.

The role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a dedicated member to be responsible for working with parents and students to build effective community relationships, especially Vietnamese, promoting BIS and fostering strong school-home relationships. You will also support the Secondary administration team with the smooth day-to-day operations of the Secondary campus, with a specific focus on Sixth Form administration. Everything we do is connected to our vision to nurture resilient, compassionate global citizens who will make a positive impact on the world.
