Mô tả công việc

  1. Build Reporting System and Tracking Tools

  2. Building reports system and tracking tool regularly by date, week, month, quarter and ad-hoc reports or data requests on demand about business results of business units, operation result tracking by product department, customer segment, bucket group, etc.

  3. Responsible for continuing to improve the process of calculation & payment for all payment programs to shorten turn-around-time (TAT) to increase motivation effects of those programs to business units.

  4. Responsible for data collection, development and implementation analysis to provide insight for supporting decision-making process of manager level of business unit.

  5. Participate in Bank Projects

  6. Participation on bank projects, Collection Centers on role of providing data and reports, support projects and advising projects about data side.

  7. Supporting/advising business units and other departments of Collection Centers in developing appropriate policies/rules/methods in each period.

  8. Proactive discussion with managers of Collection Centers to catch up business problems and provide insights at the right time.

  9. Training and Coaching

  10. Training, coaching (including sales knowledge, field sales training, basic skill of verification) about data and reporting to promote the data-driven decision-making process of the center.

  11. Other Tasks

  12. Performing other tasks as assigned by upper management.

Yêu cầu công việc

  1. Educational Qualifications

  2. University degree in economics / banking / finance / IT.

  3. Relevant Knowledge/Expertise

  4. Knowledge of banking, products, services, business model, collection area.

  5. Knowledge of data systems, Business Intelligence systems.

  6. Skills

  7. Problem-solving skills in a creative way.

  8. Business communication, can use English.
  9. Data management tools skill (SQL, Oracle…).

  10. Reporting & analytics skills using multiple tools (Excel, BI tools, R…).

  11. Relevant Experience

  12. Have at least 3 years and above practical experience in managing BI systems for banking, collection area.

  13. Required Competencies

  14. Ability to work independently as well as teamwork.

  15. Ability to analyze, manage time and logical thinking.
  16. Positive attitude.
  17. Professional, self-confident, proactive and able to handle stress/conflict.
